What is the CBOM Award of Merit?
This is CBOM's official recognition of individuals who have made exemplary contributions to "encourage the study, improve the practice and elevate the standards of Occupational Medicine throughout Canada." This award is presented in the form of an individual plaque at a CBOM annual meeting.
Who is Eligible for Consideration for the Award?
Anyone is eligible for nomination. Nominees for this award are not restricted to certificants of CBOM, nor are they restricted to physicians. The eligibility for consideration is simply that the nominee must have made an exemplary contribution to the objectives of CBOM.
